What is the most I can purchase at a time?

You can purchase up to $500 in gift cards within one transaction.

Why didn’t I receive my e-gift card?

Check your spam or junk folder for your gift card email. If after two hours you haven’t received your e-gift card, please email to make sure the correct email address was typed in.

Where can I reload my gift card?

To reload your New Seasons gift card with additional funds, take it into any store, or call your store to reload it by phone. e-Gift cards can’t be reloaded at this time.

What should I do if I want my order sent to me?

If you want your order sent to yourself, please click the “same as billing” box on the order form—or just enter your information within the recipient area.

What if I used the wrong delivery address or email?

Please email as soon as you can—and if you can, please attach your order confirmation. Then provide the corrected delivery information, email address, recipient name, and gift card denomination.

Can you replace my card if it is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately gift cards are like cash—and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

How do you send my order?

For physical gift cards, we ship through USPS mail. For e-gift cards, we send a digital gift card directly to the recipient’s email inbox.

Is there tracking information?

We send our order out via regular USPS mail so, unfortunately, we do not have shipping tracking information at this time. All orders receive and order number and billing transaction ID. Please contact with questions.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For physical gift cards, it can take anywhere from 2-5 business, depending on the Postal Service. Please allow for longer delivery time with holidays. e-Gift cards should be received within an hour after your order is placed.  

When will my order be shipped?

For physical gift cards, we include an estimated ship date on the top of our order page. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We process orders Monday through Friday only.

e-Gift cards will be delivered by email within an hour of ordering.
