Feast Portland

We partnered with Feast Portland and participating artisans and chefs to create limited edition, Feast-inspired products that showcase beautifully the diversity of the Pacific Northwest culinary community while bringing pure deliciousness to the table for a great cause. 

A portion of proceeds from a selection of our Feast offerings will be donated to Feast Portland’s charitable partners, Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon and Urban Gleaners.

Party Time Feast Edition Pilsner with Wayfinder Beer

Wayfinder Party Time PilsnerThis German-style pilsner, created by brewmaster Kevin Davey, is the perfect complement to nonstop Feasting. A nice, hoppy bouquet opens with all the earthy, doughy pilsner goodness we love, with a clean, snappy flavor full of classic malt and a touch of bitterness. It’s crisp, refreshing, and extremely crushable. For every can sold, a portion of proceeds go to benefit Urban Gleaners and Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon.

 


 

Olympia Provisions Lap Cheong Sausage with Chef Gregory Gourdet and Salumist Elias Cairo

Olympia Provisions Lap Cheong Sausage

Created in collaboration with chef Gregory Gourdet of Departure and Olympia Provisions salumist Elias Cairo, this Lap Cheong Sausage is a traditional Chinese sausage that is coarsely ground and seasoned with tamarind, sugar, Sichuan peppercorn, white pepper, and 7-spice. It’s first fermented, then smoked for a flavor explosion of sweet meets sour with a nice kick of spice. For every sausage sold, a portion of proceeds go to benefit Urban Gleaners and Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon.

 


 

Moonstruck Chocolate Peach Crumble Buttermilk Chocolate Bar with Chef Maya Lovelace

Moonstruck Peach Cobbler ChocolateDreamt up in a collaboration between Portland chef Maya Lovelace of Yonder  and Mae, and master chocolatier Julian Rose of Moonstruck Chocolate, this delicious dessert bar is made for storytelling on the sun porch. It’s rich and tangy with a whole lotta southern charm. For every bar sold, a portion of proceeds go to benefit Urban Gleaners and Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon.

 


Brew Dr. Cherry Vanilla Kombucha with Chef Joshua McFadden

This single-release recipe is brought to you by Brew Dr. Kombucha and James Beard Award-winning Portland chef Joshua McFadden of Ava Gene’s, Tusk and Submarine Hospitality. It combines the tartness of sun-ripened cherries with creamy notes of vanilla and a burst of spices in an unforgettable seasonal drink that is sure to be a fave.

We’re teaming up with Travel Oregon to highlight amazing ingredients from local producers along Oregon’s food trails, including Runcible Cider, Camas Country Mill, Queens Bounty Honey, River Ranch Oregon Olive Oil and Oregon Coast Wasabi Salt.
