Our Health and Wellness program promotes healthy lives and well-being from the inside out. We offer classes covering everything from anti-inflammatory and gluten-free diets to ideas for incorporating top 10 superfoods into your daily routine as well as tips for stretching your food dollars.
To sign up please call the store for the class you’d like to attend. All classes are free but space is limited. All classrooms are wheelchair accessible except for Concordia store.
