ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DIET—PROTECTION AGAINST AGING AND ARTHRITIS
The relationship between inflammation and the persistent disorders prevalent in our modern society is solidly linked to nutrition. What you eat plays a pivotal role either in supporting your health, longevity and vitality or in undermining your wellness. Common foods can trigger an unwanted inflammatory response, initiating both the seen and the unseen symptoms of disease.
Uncontrolled inflammation lurks at the core of many disease states, such as diabetes and cognitive decline. Inflammation also affects the tone and integrity of your skin and the flexibility of your joints, symptoms commonly associated with aging. Learn which foods are pro-inflammatory and how to substitute healthier choices that will protect and revitalize your cells, both inside and out. Our store Nutritionist will outline how to successfully navigate the anti-inflammatory diet, and you’ll leave with shopping lists, recipes and meal plans to get started. CC, HV, SC
