That’s what easily comes to mind when we think of Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss creamy dessert. This stuff is just plain killer. It’s creamy, complexly sweet, flavor forward, organic, vegan (yes, there’s more), soy-free, nutritious and oh so local.
Luna Marcus and Larry Kaplowitz dreamed up Coconut Bliss after their desires for a creamy vegan dessert were constantly left unsatisfied. They weren’t crazy about the taste and nutritional values of the soy-based ice “creams,” and were coincidentally cooking a lot of Thai food with coconut milk. They put two and two together and voila… Coconut Bliss was born.
Since then, their Eugene-Oregon-based operation has cranked out tubs of luscious flavors such as “Vanilla Island,” and “Lavender Wild Blueberry.” Check out their latest seasonal concoctions in our freezer case… we’ll scoop to that!
