We add special cultures to our organic sweet cream butter that develop into a rich, full flavor as the butter ages. The result is extra silkiness and creamy sweetness with a more buttery flavor.
Our cream comes from farms in northern California and southern Oregon, and is churned by Larsen's Creamery in Clackamas.
