Our Orenco Station remodel is now complete!

We've just installed a top-grade pizza oven, ready to make your piping hot pies to be enjoyed at the office, home, or in our own comfortable seating area.

We've also added a free WiFi signal too, so surf the net with a scrumptious lunch by your side.

If you’re a cheese aficionado then you will appreciate all the new space we’re dedicating to our local and imported cheeses.

Interested in a hot lunch? Check out our new “hot rock” - featuring a large chunk of granite holding our piping hot, fresh-off-the grill Deli specials.

There’s even a new section for our rotisserie chickens. Yum!

Nestled in beautiful grasslands and rolling hillsides, Hillsboro is home to miles of nature preserves, farms and wineries. Some of Oregon’s biggest technology companies also call Hillsboro home, creating a unique balance of natural scenery and modern commerce.

In 1997, a team of designers and builders took the mix of nature and work one step further, and created Orenco Station, a transit-based community described in the New York Times as “perhaps the most interesting experiment in New Urbanist planning anywhere in the country.” New Seasons Market was lucky to be a part of the project and we opened our Orenco Station store in 2001, just a short walk from the MAX Light Rail.

No matter how you get here, chances are you’ll share a path with some of Oregon’s wildlife, just as some of our staff members do. One manager prefers to take the back roads to get to work and frequently sees deer grazing on the side of the road. We’ve even heard of wayward chickens hanging out at the MAX station!

New Seasons Market and the area farmers hang out together quite a bit. Given the close proximity to the store it’s no wonder Orenco Station has one of the best Farmers Markets around – and you don’t have to go farther than our parking lot to find it.

If the farmers aren’t busy selling their Home Grown products through the Farmer’s Market or our store, then they might be getting their family farm needs met here. We know of a few who like to take advantage of the wilted lettuce leaves and day-old bread for their livestock. They’re feeding us, and we’re feeding them. Sounds good to us!

Feeding the lunch rush is one of Orenco Station’s specialties. Tech savvy neighbors like Toshiba, Intel and Tektronix flock to the New Seasons Market Deli during the noon hour. And how could they not? With our create-your-own dishes sautéed in hot woks and smothered in savory garlicy sauces and our classic made-to-order sandwiches featuring fresh organic ingredients, it’s easy to get addicted.
