| Country Natural Beef - Brothers, Oregon |

Doc and Connie Hatfield of Country Natural Beef are two of the ranchers who provide us with our antibiotic- and hormone-free, sustainably grown beef. The Hatfields and other families in the cooperative have teamed up with various environmental organizations to put together a series of “Grazewell Principles” for sustainable ranching and are certified sustainable by Food Alliance, a national certifying agency based in Portland. | Diestel Family Turkey Ranch - Northern California |

Diestel turkeys have the freedom to roam the Sierra Foothills and are fed a low fat vegetarian diet of corn and soybeans milled right at the ranch. This means no animal byproducts, growth stimulants, or hormones are fed to their turkeys. Turkeys are also given a longer than average time to develop, making sure they develop flavor naturally. | Pacific Village Beef - Oregon |

Kathy Panner and Leonard Gondek consider themselves not just ranchers, but also environmentalists and stewards of the land. Their grass-fed beef operation supplies our Pacific Village label and is certified sustainable by Food Alliance, a national certifying organization with headquarters in Portland. Kathy and Leonard's annual reviews from the organization consistently say their ranch is a model for other sustainable operations. Pacific Village Beef |

| Umpqua Valley Lamb - Riddle, Oregon |
Our relationship with Umpqua Valley Lamb ranchers and their lambs just keeps growing. From the minute New Seasons Market opened the doors at our first store, Umpqua Valley Lamb has been the lamb behind our meat counters. Ranchers from Umpqua Valley Lamb spend two weekends a year in our stores, sampling their products and educating customers and staff about their practices and the production of antibiotic-free, grass-fed, natural lamb.
