Although we've certainly grown since 2000, we're still a small local company compared to the big publicly traded natural and conventional grocery stores. So, we're proud to offer both a progressive workplace and a compensation and benefits package that's among the best out there. Here's a sampling of some of the benefits that come with working here:

We've worked hard to create an insurance plan that includes choice of provider, covers traditional medical care as well as Naturopathic and chiropractic care. New Seasons Market pays 80 percent of this coverage if you work 20 or more hours per week and 50 percent for those working at least one shift a week.
- Staff members receive 20 percent off all New Seasons Market purchases starting on your first day of work.
- Profit-sharing in New Seasons Market. You will be included in profit sharing every six months after you work for one year.
